Equib was engaged to review and validate the client and contractor risk registers to form the basis of a conversion of the overall target price contract into a fixed price lump sum to complete the works.

  • This review took place approximately halfway through the project

  • Facilitate Risk workshops to validate and confirm the risk registers for the three geographical regions

  • Conduct risk analysis to determine the client, contractor and shared risk exposures

  • This analysis formed the basis for the negotiation to price and allocate risk during the conversion of the target price to a fixed price contract to complete the works

  • Produce risk exposure profiles for the remaining works to completion to identify the potential contingency release curve
